Teen builds racing game for Riley

THE KIDS AT I-U HEALTH “RILEY HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN” CAN PRETEND TO BE RACE- CAR DRIVERS THANKS TO A LOCAL TEENAGER WHO IS ALREADY CHASING HIS DREAM. 16-YEAR-OLD JACK DORSEY MANAGED TO DESIGN AND BUILD A RACING “VIDEO GAME SYSTEM” THAT LOOKS LIKE A “GO-KART”. HIS FAMILY RACE TEAM DONATED THE GAMING SYSTEM.. FOR RILEY PATIENTS TO ENJOY IN THE ACTIVITY ROOM. HIS PASSION FOR THIS PROJECT IS FUELED BY LOSING HIS MOTHER TO CANCER WHEN HE WAS JUST 11-YEARS- OLD. JACK DORSEY/16-YEAR-OLD RACE DRIVER “I KNOW IT WILL MAKE SOMEONE’S DAY BETTER OR KIND OF A DISTRACTION I GUESS CAN BRING THEIR MIND OFF OF THE BAD THINGS I GUESS AND KIND OF HAVE SOME FUN FOR A LITTLE BIT.” JACK IS A JUNIOR AT CARMEL HIGH SCHOOL WHO IS WORKING HIS WAY UP THE RACING LADDER.
