I’m constantly selling our business, whether
I am working with our corporate partners or I’m just out in the community meeting new
folks or talking about the business, I’m selling. That foundation in sales is truly the foundation
of my career and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I hope that, um, it doesn’t always have to
be the path for everyone, but I love to see a candidate come through for an opportunity
with my club that has sales experience, or started as a ticket sales intern or has worked
in the box office. Ticket sales is the lifeblood of any organization
and so having that understanding, no matter what role you are in, I think is very important.
