another fun thing to do with a sauna suit is inflating it like a balloon lol it really can blowup. i challenge u to try it and it helps to cool off
Nice video. I have owned several Gold's Gym products and I don't have any complaints. I think what this product does is help with the excess water weight in your body. If you want to squeeze into those skinny jeans or slip on a nice dress or suit for your high school reunion then this product will help you to do that. I would use it sparingly after, maybe for 2-3 workouts each week instead of 5-6.

Sauna suits work.
I don't need them but when I boxed in the Army I used them to cut weight with sauna suits.
But if people are drinking liquid sugar( sodas), French fries, table salt and deep sodium laced foods. Your going to go backwards. You must drink a gallon of water a day. The sauna suit will dehydrate you and can damage your kidneys if you do Not stay hydrated folks. Take it one day at a time and use the sauna suit cautiously. Some people jump right into wearing a suit and haven't ran or jogged in years and pass out.
Good luck and listen to your body. If your tired. Rest, eat and hydrate for a few days. Stretch and get back to work.

This sauna suit works I used use it it been 7 and half years ago but I'm going back to use again it really help me that time now I'm mom with 3 kids going to use it and see

A sauna suit is a great way to lose water weight and lose fat. Yes, it will help you burn fat if used correctly. I am an ex-MMA fighter and have used this many times and it does work. You have to watch and know what your body is telling you while wearing this. If you become tight in the chest and dizzy then first stop what you are doing and always have a bottle of room temperature water nearby. Pour some water over your head and neck to help you cool down as a sauna suit is meant to raises your body temperature to in turn sweat more. If the water does not help them take the top portion off and continue to wear the bottom. I have used this jogging 3 miles and also during my cardio workouts daily. You can pass out if you neglect to pay attention to your body and it's warning signs. I have lost at most 6 pounds in 6 hours using this. I always weight myself before putting it on (unclothed) and after taking it off and taking a luke warm to cool shower. I will only drink 1 bottle of water afterwards to replenish some fluids or a glass/bottle of some form of healthy electrolytes. I use 1/2 bottle of water intake to each 2lbs I lose. Be sure to maintain a healthy and proper diet also.
Another note… When burning or sweating out excess water weight your body will in turn burn fat. Water weight gain is a big problem when people try to lose weight especially with women who do retain water weight more so than men. This is why I tend to stay away from protein powders like creatine and whey because they retain a lot of water in your body. Watch what happens once you stop working out taking these products. lol. I would recommend a sauna suit to just about anyone that can use common sense and wants to lose weight.
Lost 15 pounds outside in a summer
Husband lost 70 pounds in 4 months and won almost 3000 dollars and a Wii Fit using this he started just walking the park in it. I never got to see him in it, sadly. It was okay for everyone BUT me, LOL!

This process causes your core temperature to rise, and to maintain a safe temperature, your body addresses this increase by getting rid of heat through the sweating process. Heat is released through the fluids that your body sweats out. It’s the evaporation of your sweat into the atmosphere that concludes the dispersing of heat. A sweat suit prevents your sweat from evaporating, Losing body fat has NOTHING to do with how much you sweat. to permanently lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume over a period of time

I used to wear these sauna suits back in the day. And to be honest, it's more beneficial to do without it than with it. All you do is temporarily drop water weight, which is gained right back after rehydrating. It's more so for athletes, that need to make weight in a short amount of time….like a wrestler or boxer before weigh in.

I have an Everlast sweat suit and…oh my God. I've NEVER sweated that much in my life. Like my back got smaller a little faster than it should have. I was literally dripping sweat. Disgusting but gives great results 😂

Persons using sauna suits should hydrate before and after use to avoid dehydration and damage to the body.
