WE TALK ABOUT CHARLES ADRIAN. HE WAS A NATIVE OF UTICA,
SPANISH-AMERICAN WAR VETERAN, LONG TIME MEMBER OF THE
NEW YORK NATIONAL GUARD, AND HE WAS ONE OF THE,

WHO ENDED UP LAYING DOWN HIS LIFE IN COMBAT

40 OR 41 YEARS OLD WHEN HE ACTUALLY WENT
TO, WENT TO FRANCE. HEAS WOUNDED IN
ACTION IN LATE SEPTEMBER AND ON THE FIRST
OF OCTOBER 1918, PASSED AWAY FROM HIS WOUNDS. THIS EXHIBIT TALKS ABOUT
CHARLES ADRIAN’S SACRIFICE. WE REMEMBER HIM TODAY,

ALL OF THE VETERANS, WHO EITHER LAID
