♪ Bring home all the action ♪ – [Host] Welcome to Bring
Home All the Action, the only show on the internet that is dedicated to reviewing the greatest line of wrestling figures ever created: The LJN Wrestling Superstars. That’s right ladies and gentlemen, we are gonna go through
my entire collection of LJN Wrestling Superstars and I’m going to look at each one, I’m going to review it, and
you are along for the ride. Now I just went into my collection, and I picked out a random figure. And we are starting with Cowboy Bob Orton. Now, a couple facts, this was a series four figure, it was released in 1987, there are no major variants of this figure to talk about. On this show I will talk
about major variants, but I’m not gonna talk about subtle paint changes and stuff like that. So as you can see I have
him mint on the card, MOC. There’s the original price up there at the top, six dollars and 77 cents. So yeah, that was a good
deal to get Cowboy Bob Orton. We’ve got the bio card on the back, of course the poster is included. Now I have the figure out
of the package here as well. This is my actual figure when I was a kid, and I spent many hours playing with him. I like this figure, one of the reasons I loved Cowboy Bob Orton was because he looked like my uncle. I always thought… For a very short time I thought maybe they were the same person. They are not the same person. But I always thought that
he looked like my uncle. Now the figure does
not look like my uncle, but Cowboy Bob Orton himself does. The position of this figure,
the mold of this figure is OK. Of course he comes with his hat. You can remove his hat, of course. Even as a kid I always worried that taking on and off the hat would cause the paint to come off, but after years of doing so it never seems
to have had that happen. He’s got his forearm
up, in wrestling matches I used him, he did a lot of
forearm hits with the forearm. Now the one glaring, glaring, glaring omission to this figure
is of course his cast. When you think of Cowboy Bob Orton, you think of that dastardly cast that he used to wear on his arm, and I did, when I was a kid I did make a little cast, I think I took like an old sock or something, and I jury-rigged a cast
together to put on his arm. So mine did have a cast, I
have since lost it, of course. And one other thing I
want to point out is, it is a little difficult to see, but Cowboy Bob Orton did autograph this. I met him at a wrestling
signing convention and got him to sign his figure. And those are my thoughts on this LJN Wrestling Superstars
Cowboy Bob Orton Figure. It’s a pretty decent
figure, I like it a lot. But what do you think? Let me know in the comments below, be sure to click that subscribe button, Thank you very much– Oh no!
