IN THE ‘EIGHTIES, I WENT TO SEE COACH TEMPLE AND I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE AND I SAW HIS OFFICE, AND I WAS SO AMAZED ALREADY AT HOW MUCH HE HAD ACCOMPLISHED. WHEN I SAW WHERE HE WAS, AND HOW HE WAS SO ACCESSIBLE, AND HAD SUCH LITTLE RESOURCES THAT HE HAD, AND [INAUDIBLE] PART OF THAT LEGACY, AND SO IMPRESSED WITH ALL OF YOU’RE COME PUBLISHMENTS THROUGH THE YEARS OF WHAT YOU’RE DOING AT TSU. HE WAS A VERY GRACIOUS MAN. AND WHENEVER ANYTHING CAME UP ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY, HIS HEART AND INTERESTS WERE THERE. WE REALLY MISS HIM. HE MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY, AND ESPECIALLY WITH THE SPORTS AUTHORITY. [INAUDIBLE].>>>>SO WE NEED A MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF THE RESOLUTION HONORING COACH ED TEMPLE.>>SO MOVED.>>SECOND.>>ALL IN FAVOR?>>AYE.>>THE MOTION CARRIES, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. AT THIS TIME WE WILL HEAR FROM MONICA WITH THE STAFF REPORT. MADAM CHAIR, MEMBERS OF THE AUTHORITY. ALL OF OUR GUESTS, THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE. GOOD MORNING. I’M GOING TO TAKE A PERSONAL PRIVILEGE AND INTRODUCE MY NEPHEW WHO IS VISITING FROM THE BAHAMAS, HE PICKED THE BEST TIME TO COME. SO JONATHAN IS HERE. HE WANTED TO BE HERE THIS MORNING, AND SEE WHAT THE SPORTS AUTHORITY DOES.>>I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE ATTENDED THE FINANCE MEETING, AND IT WAS VERY PRODUCTIVE, AND I APPRECIATE THE EFFORT THAT YOU ALL MADE TO BE AT THAT MEETING EARLIER. YOU APPROVED THE MEETINGS FROM THE NOVEMBER MEETING AND APPROVED THE RESOLUTION IN HONOR OF COACH TEMPLE, THE AGENDA IS BEFORE YOU. IN ADDITION TO TAKING ACTION ON THE FINANCE COMMITTEE’S RECOMMENDATIONS, THE AUTHORITY IS GOING TO BE ASKED TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH METRO WATER SERVICES FOR STORM WATER PERMIT COMPLIANCE. WE WILL ALSO RECEIVE OUR MONTHLY FACILITY REPORTS, ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE AGENDA? SINCE THERE ARE ONLY A FEW UPDATES FROM OUR PROJECT MANAGER, I’M GOING TO ROLL THEM INTO MY REPORT THIS MORNING. LARRY AND HIS TEAM ARE HERE. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS, AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER THOSE. WITH REGARDS TO THE EXPANSION JOINT WATERPROOFING PROJECT THAT IS GOING ON AT THE STADIUM, THE WATER PROVE COATING ON THE UPPER DECK IS COMPLETE, IT HAS BEEN TESTED, AND ALL OF THAT IS GOING VERY WELL. THE CUP HOLDERS IN THE UPPER LEVEL HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. SEALING AND CALKING WORK ON THE EAST SIDE CLUB LEVEL HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. AND THEN THERE ARE SOME EXPANSION JOINT ENGINEER DRAWINGS THAT ARE IN PROCESS, AND THE MATERIALS ARE GOING TO SHIP THE FIRST OF JANUARY. WE CONTINUE TO BE PLEASED WITH THE DVE, THEY’RE AT 30 PERCENT. AND WE APPRECIATE THE WORK THERE, AND BUDGET REMAINS ON TRACK, AND THAT IS ALWAYS GOOD NEWS. SO WE APPRECIATE THE WORK THAT THEY’RE DOING. ALSO WITH REGARDS TO THE FACILITY, THE STUDIES AT THE ARENA AND STADIUM. THOSE ASSESSMENTS STARTED AND COMPLETED ON TIME. THEY EXPECT TO HAVE ALL OF THEIR CONSULTANT REPORTS IN BY THE MIDDLE OF THE FIRST QUART, AND WILL — I’M SORRY, THEY WILL HAVE THOSE REPORTS IN BY THE END OF THIS MONTH, AND THEN WE SHOULD RECEIVE A DRAFT REPORT BY THE MIDDLE OF THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2017. AND I DO WANT TO THANK LARRY AND HIS TEAM. I ALSO WANT TO THANK ALL OF THE STAFF, AND THE FACILITY MANAGERS AT THE STADIUM, AND AT THE ARENA JUST FOR THEIR COOPERATION ON THIS ASSESSMENT, AND THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE MOVING THROUGH THE BUILDING, BUT ALL OF THE FEEDBACK THAT I RECEIVED HAS BEEN VERY POSITIVE. WE’RE ALL LOOKING FORWARD TO READING THESE REPORTS, AND JUST SEEING WHERE WE ARE.>>NOW QUESTIONS ABOUT THE STADIUM IMPROVEMENTS OR THE ASSESSMENTS?>>REAL QUICKLY, I WANTED TO SHARE, COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO GO TO MCGAVOCK HIGH SCHOOL, AND I WAS INTERVIEWED BY SOME STUDENTS ON THE POLITICAL IMPACT OF SPORTS. AND THEY’RE STUDYING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TENNESSEE BALLPARK AND ITS IMPACT ON THE CITY. AND THEY CONTACTED THE MAYOR’S OFFICE. THE MAYOR’S OFFICE HAD ASKED ME TO KIND OF CATCH UP WITH THEM. ON BEHALF OF THE MAYOR. SO I WENT OVER THERE, AND WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THEY INTERVIEWED ME, IN THEIR DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS STUDIO. THEY ASKED GREAT QUESTIONS, THEY WERE SO PREPARED, AND WHAT REALLY STRUCK ME WAS HOW EXCITED THEY WERE THAT THE MAYOR’S OFFICE AND THE SPORTS AUTHORITY HAD RESPONDED, AND THAT WE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE AN INVESTMENT IN THEM. I THINK IT WAS JUST A GREAT REMINDER TO ME THAT OUR CONST CONSTITUENTS COME IN ALL AGES, AND WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO THEM. I WANTED TO SHARE THAT TO YOU. ANY QUESTIONS? IF NOT, THAT CONCLUDES MY REPORT>>THANK YOU, MONICA. JUST BEFORE THIS MEETING TODAY WE HAD A FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING THAT WAS CHAIRED BY OUR CHAIR MARGARET OF THE I KNOW THAT MOST OF THE BOARD ACTUALLY PARTICIPATED. I BELIEVE IT WAS A MEETING AND THOROUGH VETTING OF A FEW OF THE ACTION ITEMS AND AT THIS TIME I WOULD ASK THE CHAIR FOR HER REPORTS >>THANK YOU, MADAM CHAIR, WE DID HAVE A GREAT ATTENDANCE. I LOVED ALL OF THE ADDITIONAL INTEREST, AND APPRECIATED EVERYBODY BEING THERE. THERE WERE THREE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA FOR CONSIDERATION. AND ALL THREE WERE RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVALBATE FINANCE COMMITTEE. WE WILL TAKE ALL THREE OF THEM. AND BECAUSE OF MAY REPRESENTATION AT STEWART LOGISTICS, INC., I HAVE ASKED RALPH PERRY TO HANDLE THAT RECOMMENDATION >>THANK YOU, MADAM CHAIR. YOU WILL FIND THE FULL AUDIT, THE LETTER AND THE RESULTS OF THE AUDIT IN YOUR BOARD PACKET. THE IMPORTANT FACT TO KNOW IS THAT IT IS ONCE AGAIN A CLEAN AUDIT. REVENUES FROM PARKING OVERALL CONTINUE TO GROW. AND WHILE IT’S NOT PART OF YOUR REPORT, WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS FAR NAT CURRENT FISCAL YEAR, THOSE TRENDS ARE 30 PERCENT HIGHER THAN THEY WERE FOR THE SAME PERIOD OF LAST YEAR. AN ENCOURAGING TREND, THIS CONTRACT RUNS THROUGH JUNE OF THE COMING YEAR. SO I BELIEVE WE’LL BE INTO AN RFP, PROCESS. MANY OF YOU ARE PART OF THE REVIEW OF THE AUDIT THIS MORNING. IT IS A CLEAN AUDIT. IT IS ENCOURAGING REPORTS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, MS. CURVY IS HERE, AND OTHERWISE, IT COMES TO YOU WITH A RECOMMENDATION OF THE APPROVAL ON BEHALF OF YOUR FINANCE COMMITTEE, AND I WOULD SO MOVE.>>WE HAVE A MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF THE STEWART PARKING AUDIT. IS THERE A SECOND?>>SECOND.>>MOTION AND SECOND.>>I WOULD LIKE MY RECUSAL TO BE REFLECTED IN THE COUNT.>>MOTION AND PROPERLY SECONDED. ALL IN FAVOR OF APPROVAL OF THE AUDIT?.>>AYE.>>MOTION CARRIES. I’M GOING TO ASKVIC TOY COME UP, AND I THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT BE GOOD SINCE THIS IS A TELEVISED MEETING, FOR YOU TO QUICKLY GO THROUGH THE AUDIT FOR MEMBERS WHO WEREN’T AT THE COMMITTEE MEETING. IF YOU WOULD JUST GIVE US A HIGHLIGHT, AS THE CLEAN AUDIT, AND AS I SAID THE FINANCE COMMITTEE WILL RECOMMEND APPROVAL, AND IF YOU WOULD GIVE US A SHORT SUMMARY. IT WOULD BE GREAT.>>IT WAS ANOTHER GREAT YEAR FOR THE ARENA.>>EXCUSE ME, VICKI WOULD YOU INTRODUCE YOURSELF.>>I’M VICKI GRAY WITH CRAFT CPA’S. WEREREDUCE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SPORTS AUTHORITY AND THE BRIDGESTONE ARENA. YOU HAVE THE AUDIT REPORT IN FRONT OF YOU. IT WAS A CLEAN AUDIT, NO ISSUES WERE NOTED IT WAS ANOTHER GOOD YEAR FOR THE ARENA. THEY HAVE A HE BEEN GROWING, AS YOU CAN SEE THE REVENUES HAVE INCR INCREASED. THEY EARN A MANAGEMENT OF FEE OF $1 MILLION, AND A PERFORMANCE FIAT 287,000. IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU GUYS WOULD LIKE ME TO ADD?>>I THINK THAT IT’S IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT WE HAD A REALLY LONG DISCUSSION AT THE FINANCE COMMITTEE ABOUT THIS AUDIT. MS. GRAY DID A GREAT JOB OF FIELDING QUESTIONS WITH THE PREDATORS MANAGEMENT, THAT WERE THERE TO — THIS IS A COMPLICATED AGREEMENT. AND I THINK THAT WE HAD A MUCH BETTER UNDERSTANDING DUE TO YOUR ASSISTANCE, AND THE WAY THAT THE AUDIT IS PREPARED IT RECALL I DOS HELP US UNDERSTAND WHAT WE DOING.>>ANY QUESTIONS FOR ANYBODY?>>SO MADAM, CHAIR, THE FINANCE COMMITTEE HAS RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF THE AUDIT AND I DON’T KNOW IF THAT NEEDS A SECOND OR NOT >>ALL IN FAVOR OF APPROVAL >>AYE.>>NEXT UP IS THE BRIDGESTONE ARENA OPERATING BUDGET.>>SO IF MR. CLAYTON WILL COME FORWARD.>>THANK YOU, VICKI.>>I HAVE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED THE FINANCE PROPOSED BUDGET. WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT THAT STATES BY DECEMBER 1ST OF EVERY YEAR THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS TO GIVE US AN AUDIT FOR 2018 — AN AUDIT FOR A YEAR AND A HALF DOWN THE ROAD, AND I THINK THAT OFF DOÑA EXCELLENT JOB OF PUTTING SOMETHING TOGETHER, BUT IF YOU WOULD EXPLAIN THIS PROCESS, AND YOUR THINKING, AND HOW YOU CAME UP WITH THE NUMBERS FOR THIS OPERATING BUDGET. >>SURE THING. AS MARGARET JUST SAID WE HAVE TO SUBMIT A BUDGET FOR DECEMBER 1ST, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, BY JANUARY 1ST. AND WE’RE LOOKING REALLY FAR INTO THE FUTURE. WHAT WE WE DO IN PREVIOUS YEARS WITH THIS BUDGET, WE WOULD TAKE THE PREVIOUS YEAR BUDGET, BASS YOUR ACTUAL RESULTS MAY NOT BE DONE FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR, AND YOU’RE LOOKING SO FAR IN THE FUTURE. IT WORKED OUT GREAT THAT OUR AUDIT IS DONE IN TYPE, AND WE’RE ABLE TO LOOK AT OUR FISCAL RESULTS IN 2016, AND WE’RE OKAYING AT THAT TO BUILD OUR BUDGET FOR 18. IF YOU LOOK AT FY 18. IT GREW FROM 10 MILLION TO 5.7. SO IT’S NOT ONE OF THOSE, OH, WOW, THERE’S JUST SO MUCH MORE ACTIVITY, IT’S USING ACTUAL RESULTS FROM A PRIOR YEAR TO BUILD A MORE SUCCINCT AND ACCURATE BUDGET. THERE’S NOT A BIG SHIFT. YOU’RE JUST RIGHT SIZING ALL OF YOUR REVENUES, AND EXPENSES. AS FAR AS LOOKING FORWARD, AND AT EVENTS. DAVID KELS DOES SOME GREAT THINGS WITH IT. WE CONTINUE TO GROW IN THE NUMBER OF EVENT, AND ALL OF THE ACTIVITY THAT WE DO. SO WE’RE PRETTY BULLISH ON THIS BUDGET. WE TOOK A STEP FORWARD IN PREPARING FY 17. METRO’S EXPENSE UREIS CAPPED, SO WE HAD THE PERFORMANCE FEE BUILT IN. WE’RE NOT SAYING THAT IT DOESN’T MATTER, WE OBVIOUSLY WANT TO BEAT EVERY BUDGET THAT WE’VE SET BUT METRO’S EXPOSURE IS CAPPED.>>ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS OR ANYTHING LIKE HAD A THAT I CAN DIVE INTO?>>. WE’VE ALREADY ASKED YOU QUITE A FEW QUESTIONS. THAT’S GREAT SUMMARY, SO WE RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THIS OPERATING BUDGET.>>SECOND.>>MOTION AND SECOND. ALL IN FAVOR?>>AYE.>>THANK YOU. THANK YOU.>>NEXT, WE HAVE BECKY MARGARET, AND THE AUDIT COMMITTEE, AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE MEETING EARLIER.>>AT THIS TIME WE HAVE THE BRIDGESTONE ARENA REPORT.>>MY PARTNER DAVID KELS IS BACK. AND I’LL HIT ON THE HISTORICAL AN FINANCIALS THROUGH OCTOBER, AND HE’LL TALK ABOUT ALL OF THE STUFF THAT’S GOING ON, AND WHAT WE HAVE COMING DOWN THE PIKE. IT’S HOCKEY TIME. IT’S READY TO GO. YOU’LL NOTICE IN OUR FINANCIALS, ALL HE SEE SOME HOCKEY RENT COMING IN THERE. OPENING WEEKEND FOR, WE STARTED OFF WITH A BIG CONCERT FOR THE FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE, AND OPENING NIGHT WITH THE FLORIDA BLACKHAWKS, AND THEN SUNDAY, BACK TO BACK ADELE SHOWS. A HUGE SEASON, A GREAT TIME FOR US, AND AN EXCITING TIME FOR DOWNTOWN. IN OCTOBER, WE HAD DISNEY ON ICE. WE THE EIGHT EVENTS OVER THE WEEKEND, A BATE REVENUE DRIVER FOR US AS WELL. AS WE CONTINUE THIS FISCAL YEAR, OUR REVENUES ARE PAYING WELL /KPAEURTD TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR. THE ONLY LINE THAT MAY BE DOWN A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT FOR THE THOUSAND DOLLARS IS MERCHANDISE SALES. TAYLOR SWIFT WAS HAIR THE AREA BEFORE. SHE SOLD A LOT OF TEE SHIRTS. WE’RE 60 TO 70,000 BEHIND LAST YEAR, WHICH IS AN EASY THING TO MAKE UP AS WE GO. AS REVENUES ARE GROWING, THEY ARE OUR EXPENSES ARE STAYING BELOW LAST YEAR. I THINK THAT WE’RE 70 PERCENT LAST YEAR’S NUMBER. THEY’RE TRENDING WELL, WE’RE ABOUT ONE PERCENT WITHIN OUR BUDGET. WE’RE 22 PERCENT AHEAD OF WHERE WE WERE LAST YEAR, BECAUSE LAST YEAR WAS A GREAT YEAR, SO GREAT NEWS. IN OUR LAST MEETING FOR JUNE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, WE TALKED ABOUT ALL OF THE CAPITOL IMPROVEMENTS WE PUT INTO THE BUILDING AND WE FUND SOME OF THOSE THROUGH OUR OPERATING EXPENSES. WE HAVE HE DONE CLOSE TO $200,000 IN RESTAURANT RENOVATIONS ADDING SOME OTHER AMEN TEAS FOR FANS. I WANT TO MAINTAIN THAT LEVEL IN STADIUM EXPERIENCE, AND ALL OF PROFESSIONAL SPORTS. WE’RE JUST EXCITED WHERE WE ARE TODAY. THE FORD ICE CENTER, OCTOBER, MEANS HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY IS OUT THERE. THERE’S 18 MIDDLE TENNESSEE TEAMS. THAT’S TWO MORE THAN YEAR. THAT’S EXCITING. COLLEGE TEAMS ARE BACK IN ACTION. TSU, AND LIPSCOMB, AND SWAN OF WAS HAVE SCHOOLS BASED OUT OF FORD ICE. WE LIKE TO BRAG ABOUT THE NUMBER OF ADULTS. WE HAVE 630 PARTICIPANTS IN JUST OUR ADULT LEAGUES ALONG LOAN IN THE FORD CENTER. LAST TIME WE EXTENDED OUR OPERATING HOURS TO HALF CAPACITY FOR THOSE TEAMS. A LOT OF GREAT THINGS GOING ON OUT THERE AS WE ALL HOPED AND PLANNED TO ACCOMPLISH. BRITTANY QUESTIONS ON FINANCIALS? IF NOT, I’LL ASK DAVID KELLS >>WE TALKED ABOUT THE LEASE, AND THE LEASE INCENTIVIZES THE MANAGEMENT TO GET AS MANY EVENTS AS POSSIBLE THAT THE ARENA. IN YOUR REPORT HERE. YOU MENTION THAT WE’RE BUSIEST VENUE IN THE UNITED STATES, AND I ASKED YOU AT A FINANCE COMMITTEE WHO WERE THE ONES AHEAD OF US, AND I THOUGHT THAT THERE MIGHT BE OTHERS >>AHEAD OF REDUCE NOW ARE THE BARB CLAYS IN NEW YORK, MADISON SQUARE GARDEN IN NEW YORK, AND STAPLES CENTER IN LA, AND THE CENTER IN KANSAS CITY, AND THEY DON’T HAVE A PROFESSIONAL HOME TEAM, SO THEY’RE AVAILABLE FOR MORE CONCERTS. SO IT’S A PRETTY FANTASTIC PLACE TO BE IN.>>.>>IT’S VERY FOOD.>>/TKPWAOD /TKPWAOD /TKPWAOD /TKPWAOD / GOOD.>>I’M DAVID KELLS FROM THE BRIDGESTONE ARENA. THIS IS A HUGE WEEK FOR US AT THE BRIDGESTONE ARENA, IT MARKS THE 20TH AND VERSE HAVE I OPENING OF THE BRIDGESTONE ARENA, THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE SPORTS AUTHORITY. WE ALL SIT BACK AND REFLECT ON WHAT THE DOWNTOWN WAS 20 YEARS AGO. WE ALL HAVE MEMORIES WHAT WAS DOWN THERE. AND IT IS AMAZING FOR US TO SEE WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE LAST 20 YEARS. SO WE WILL BE CELEBRATING THAT SPECIFICALLY DURING THIS SATURDAY’S GAME. THERE WILL BE A LOT OF FEATURES AND LACKING BACK ACTIVITIES DURING THE GAME PRESENTATION.>>SOMETHING THAT WE BROUGHT BACK THIS YEAR, THE OUT DOOR RINK IS IN THE WALK OF FAME PARK. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK NISSAN, AND THE METRO PARKS ON THAT. A COUPLE OF ACTIVITIES, WE ARE STARTING A POND HOCKEY LEAGUE. FOLKS WILL BE PLAYING HOCKEY OUTSIDE, ON JANUARY 9TH, AND ONE OF THE MANY OPPORTUNITIES TO STATE. FROSTY’S FIRST STEPS. IT’S A FOUR WEEK PROGRAM STARTING IN JANUARY. IF ANYONE IS LOOKING TO SKATE OUTSIDE.>>ALL AGES?>>ALL AGES.>>ON TUESDAY, WE’RE HAPPY TO PARTICIPATE IN DOLLY PARTON’S TELETHON TO HELP HER MY PEOPLE FUND, AND THE FOLKS AFFECTED BY THE FIRES IN EAST TENNESSEE, AND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN, WE CAME BACK FROM A THREE GOAL DEFICIT TO SCORE SIX UNANSWERED GOALS AND BEAT ST. LOUIS, IT WAS A GOOD NIGHT ON AND OFF THE ICE FOR THE HOCKEY TEAM. WE’RE ALSO PLEASED TO JOIN THE TENNESSEE THRIVES COALITION, THERE WERE A COUPLE OF STORIES OUT ABOUT THAT. TO CREATE A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PEOPLE. WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROMOTING A FINANCIALLY PROSPEROUS, AND VIBRANT TENNESSEE. OUT AT FORD ICE CENTER, WE CONTINUE TO STAY BUSINESS WHICH HOLIDAY PARTIES. THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES TO STATE OUT THERE THIS WEEK, WITH AN UGLY SWEATER LEARN TO ASKATE. IT WAS THE RUN OF THE CIRCUS THAT JUST HAPPENED. WE HAVE KELLY CLARKESON’S HOLIDAY SHOW. AND THE BASKETBALL GAME, AND FIVE MORE PREDATORS GAMES THIS MONTH, WRESTLING IS HAPPENING AFTER CHRISTMAS, AND DECEMBER 21ST THROUGH THE 31, WE WILL HAVE WIDESPREAD PANIC. WE WILL NEIL DIAMOND, AND CHARLIE WILSON, AND TWO MORE THIS WEEK WITH LIONEL RICHIE, AND TOM PETTY. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS FOR OUR EVENTS?>>THE COMMUNITY MAY NOT KNOW THAT THERE’S SO MUCH TRAFFIC OUT THERE AT THE FORD ICE CENTER. AT ONE OF THE EVENTS I HEARD THAT IT DOESN’T EVEN START UNTIL 11:30 AT NIGHT.>>LIPSCOMB HOCKEY STARTS AT 11 O’CLOCK AT NIGHT. WE OPEN AT 5:00 A.M., AND CLOSE AT 1:00 A.M. NOW JUST TO ACCOMMODATE THE DEMAND THAT THIS IS FOR PEOPLE TO HAVE AN ON ICE PROGRAMMING.>>I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE TIME TO THANKS FOR THEM FOR [INAUDIBLE] SHEAVES. AND IT IS A [INAUDIBLE] PLEDGE THAT SAYS THAT WE BELIEVE THAT OUR [INAUDIBLE] TENNESSEE THRIVES WHEN WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH >>THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME PARTICIPANT BE PART OF THE ORGANIZATION. THANK YOU.>>THAT CONCLUDES OUR BRIDGESTONE ARENA REPORT OF THE AND MONICA IS GOING TO TELL US ABOUT THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR STORM WATER PERMIT COMPLIANCE AT SPORTS AUTHORITY PROPERTY.>>WHEN THERE ARE NEW DEVELOPMENT SITES FOR SIGNIFICANT REDEVELOPMENT SITES, AND THERE ARE CERTAIN POST CONSTRUCTION STORM CONTROL MEASURES THAT TO TO BE INSTALLED OR PUT INTO PLACE. THESE ARE THINGS LIKE PERMEABLE PAVERS, CISTERNS, BIORETENTION AREAS, WATER QUALITY. SO UNDER THE MOU, THAT THE SPORTS AUTHORITY HAS BEEN ASKED TO CONSIDER. WE WILL CONSIDER A LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PLAN TO WATER SERVICES FOR ALL NEW SPORTS AUTHORITY PROJECTS THAT INVOLVE A GRADING PERMIT APPLICATION. SO MOST RECENTLY THAT WOULD BE THE NISSAN STADIUM PLAZA UPGRADES. AS PART OF THE MAINTENANCE PLAN, WE’LL PROVIDE A STATUS REPORT ANNUALLY TO WATER SERVICES. AND BASICALLY WORK WITH THE FACILITY MANAGERS TO INSPECT THE STORM WATER CONTROL MEASURES TO TAKE PHOTOS, DESCRIBE, AND DOCUMENT ANY DEFICIENCIES, OR IF THERE ARE ANY REPAIRS THAT NEED TO BE MADE, OR ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED, THEN WE WILL REPORT THAT TO METRO WATER. THIS REQUEST FOR THE LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PLAN IS NOT SPECIFIC TO THE SPORTS AUTHORITY. OTHER DEPARTMENTS ARE BEING ASKED TO DO THIS AT THEIR PROPERTIES AS WELL. CURRENTLY STORM WATER CONTROL MEASURES ARE AT NISSAN STADIUM. OVER IN LOT H, THERE ARE SEVERAL HERE AT FIRST TENNESSEE PARK, AND THERE ARE ALSO SOME OUT AT FORD ICE CENTER, THAT THEY HAVE MAINTAINED AND MANAGED. UNDER THIS MOU, THE SPORTS AUTHORITY WILL SUBMIT THE LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PLAN, WILL PROVIDE ANNUAL REPORTS TO WATER SERVICES. ADDITIONALLIALLY, IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES THAT BECOME NECESSARY, THEN WE WILL ALSO CONTACT METRO WATER AND HAVE THE PLAN UPDATED AND IF AT ANYTIME WE INTEND TO CONVEY THE PROPERTY TO ANOTHER PURCHASER, ANOTHER PARTY, THEN WE WOULD HAVE THEM EXECUTE A LONG TERM OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH METRO WATER SERVICES.>>WE DO NEED TO APPROVE THIS MOU, IN ORDER FOR THE STADIUM TO GET THE GRADING PERMIT THAT THEY NEED TO BEGIN THE UPGRADES TO THE PLAZA. WE DO HAVE SOMEBODY HERE FROM WATER SERVICE.>>FINE IDEA I’MSHIRE. I’M JUST CURIOUS. WE’RE REQUIRED TO REPORT CERTAIN THINGS, AND I’M PRETTY SURE IT’S NOT IN OUR AREA OF EXPERTISE. WHO’S GOING TO DO THAT WORK AND WHO PAYS FOR IT.>>WE WILL BE WORKING WITH THE FACILITY MANAGER. SO WE WILL HAVE CONVERSATION WITH THE TITANS. WE WILL HAVE CONVERSATION WITH DOUG COSCOBELS, AND HIS CREW. THE BALLPARK INITIALLY IT THE LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PLAN. SO WE WILL TAKE IT OVER, WE WILL WORK WITH THE FACILITY MANAGERS, AND WITH WATER SERVICES >>THANK YOU.>>DO WE HAVE A MOTION? MOTION AND SECOND. ALL IN FAVOR SAY AYE.>>AYE.>>THE MOU, IS APPROVED. THANK YOU MONICA. THIS TIME WE HAVE OUR FEES AND STADIUM REPORT, AND OUR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TITANS ARE HERE.>>GOOD MORNING, BOB FLYNN WITH THE NISSAN STADIUM. LET ME SEE IF I CAN GIVE THIS THING OVER HERE. IT IS GOING TO BE FAIRLY QUICK FOR ME BECAUSE THIS MONTH WE HAVE THREE GAMES, AS YOU ALL SAY LAST WEEK, WE HOSTED THE BRONCOS, HAD A GREAT HOUSE WELL ATTENDED AND WE WON THE GAME, WHICH IS EVEN THE BEST NEWS. THEN WE HAD MUSIC CITY BOWL ON THE 30TH, WHICH WE HAD UT, VERSUS, NEBRASKA. I THINK THAT WE HAVE 65,000 SEATS SOLD FOR THAT. THAT IS ANOTHER GREAT EVENT FOR US, TWO DAYS LATER, 36 HOURS LATER, WE WILL BE PLAYING THE TEXANS HOPEFULLY FOR A PLAYOFF POSITION, OR WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS THERE OF THREE BIG EVENTS IN DECEMBER FOR US. THE STADIUM IS PERFORMING WELL RIGHT NOW FOR US, WE’RE PLEASED WITH WHERE WE ARE. ANY QUICK QUESTIONS FOR THAT?>>.>>JANINE IS GOING TO COME UP HERE. WE DID HAVE OUR SAFETY ACT INSPECTIONS PASSED SUNDAY. IT WAS KIND OF LIKE A PRELIMINARY WHICH WE HAD HOMELAND SECURITY DOWN HERE, AND WALKED THE WHOLE BUILDING, SPENT TWO DAYS HERE. TALKED TO METRO, TALKED TO EVERYBODY, POLICE, FIRE, EVERYBODY THAT PROVIDES SECURITY TO THE STADIUM. EVERYTHING WENT WELL. THERE ARE SOME THINGS WE ARE GOING TO NEED TO DO AROUND THE STADIUM TO GET AT THOMELAND SECURITY CERTIFIED. WE’RE STARTING TO WORK AT THAT NOW. WE WILL GET YOU SOME MORE INFORMATION ON THAT LATER. OVERALL, IT WENT WELL, IT’S A GREAT THING FOR US TO DO TO PROTECT US IN THE CITY FOR FUTURE. HOPEFULLY NEVER ANY LITIGATION BUT POSSIBILITIES. ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME? IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO SEE YOU ALL.>>MERRY CHRISTMAS >>HAPPY HOLIDAYS. THANK YOU >>THANK YOU, BOB.>>HELLO EVERY ONE. I’M JANINE KAUFMAN, CFO, WITH THE TENNESSEE TITANS, AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYBODY. I AM GOING TO RUN THROUGH A QUICK OVERVIEW OF THE ACTIVITIES THAT WE’VE BEEN OVER SINCE OUR LAST MEETING. NUMBER ONE IS WE DID THE BRIDGE MINISTRY. IT WAS A GREAT EVENT. THIS WAS OUR FOURTH YEAR TO DO THE BRIDGE MINISTRY. WE WENT DOWN UNDER THE BRIDGE, AND HAD IN EXCESS OF 500 HOMELESS WHO WERE THERE. WE ACTUALLY HAD SOME REPRESENTATION. WE HAD MONICA AND KIM, AND ALICIA, AND CLAUDIA CAME OUT FROM THE MAYOR’S OFFICE AS WELL, AND IT WAS JUST A REALLY REALLY WONDERFUL EVENT. AND SO THAT WAS GREAT.>>AND QUINTON.>>I’M SO SORRY, THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME. I DIDN’T MAKE THE PICTURE, BUT I WAS THERE AS WELL. BUT IT WAS A GREAT EVENT. LOTS OF TITANS FOLKS OUT THERE. WE TOOK THE WHOLE TEAM. WE HAD FOUR BUSSES WHO WENT OUT THERE AS WELL. JUST A GREAT COMMUNITY EVENT. AND THEN WE ALSO PARTICIPATED IN THE TELETHON. WE DID ACTUALLY AN INTERNAL FUNDRAISER WITH OUR PLAYERS AND STAFF AS WELL AS AMY ADAMS, AND KENNETH, AND OWNERSHIP MADE A DONATION BY THE FOUNDATION, AND THAT WAS MATCHED BY THE NFL, IF YOU DIDN’T GET TO SEE THE FOOTAGE, IT WAS FROM OUR WEBSITE. FROM THE TELETHON, WE GAVE OVER $144,000 TO THE TELETHON THAT NIGHT. TENNESSEE HAS BEEN HIT WITH SOME DREADED TRAGEDIES, AND JUST VERY UNFORTUNATE. THIS WAS ANOTHER TRAGEDY THAT HIT TENNESSEE DOWN IN CHATTANOOGA, AND WE DID MAKE A LARGE DONATION THERE AS WELL. AND WE DID WEAR THE STICKER ON THE HELMET FOR ONE OF OUR GAMES RECOGNIZING THOSE WHO WERE LOST IN THAT TERRIBLE BUS TRAGEDY. WE ALSO HOLED THE PEARLS AND PIN STRIPE EVENT. IT WAS GREAT EVENT. IT BENEFITS THE TENNESSEE COALITION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. WE ALSO MADE A LARGE DONATION TO THAT AND ALSO HOSTED THE EVENT. IT WAS ATTENDED JOHN ROBINSON WAS AT THE EVENT, AS WELL AS LOTS OF OUR PLAYERS. TOSS ANOTHER WAY TO BRING RECOGNITION TO THAT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ISSUE. ONE ITEM THAT DIDN’T MAKE OUR SLIDE. WE CAN’T REMEMBER HOW MANY YEARS WE’VE BEEN HOSTING IT, IT WAS THE SECOND YEAR THAT WE ACTUALLY HOSTED IT AT NISSAN STADIUM. WE HAD REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL ACROSS THE STATE OF TENNESSEE, AND HAD A REALLY LOVELY LUNCHEON, AND GAVE OUT AWARD FOR ALL OF THOSE GREAT HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES AND IT WAS REALLY COOL. MIKE KEITH HOSTED IT, AND WE HAD A COUPLE OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS TO GIVE OUT AWARD. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT COMMUNITY? IF NOT NOT, I’M GOING TO MOVE INTO FINANCIALS.>>ALL RIGHT, ON THE FINANCIALS, WE’LL REVIEW, WE HAVE THE TICKET TAX, AND AS A REMINDER, THE TICKET TAX IS THREE DODGES, THERE IS A $3, AND A $2 FUND. SO THE $2 FUND YOU’LL SEE HERE, THESE WERE BONDS THAT WERE ISSUED IN 2012. WE USED THE $2 THE AMOUNT THAT HAD ACCUMULATED IN THE $2 FUND, AND WE ISSUED FUND. WE DIDN’T SHAW, METRO ISSUED BOND. AND THOSE BONDS ARE USED FOR THE ELEVATORS THAT WERE PUT IN THE STADIUM, THE DISTRIBUTE THE SOUND SYSTEM, THE CONTROL ROOM UPGRADES, THE NEW VIDEO BOARDS AND THE LED, RIBBON BOARDS, AND THERE WERE SOME FAN ZONES THAT WERE DEVELOPED THERE AS WELL. OUR CURRENT FUND BALANCE IS $754,000.>>THERE’S ALSO THE DOLLAR. SO YOU HAVE THE $3 TO THE 2012 BOND, AND THEN THE DOLLAR FUND IS WHAT WENT TO THE SEAT REPLACEMENT. SO METRO USED THE FUND FROM THE DOLLAR TO ACTUALLY ISSUE BONDS THAT WENT INTO THE RENOVATION PROJECT THAT MONICA TALKED ABOUT EARLIER, AS WELL AS THE EXPANSION JOINT AND CONCRETE REPAIR THAT HAPPENED THERE. AND SEE YOU CAN SEE HERE THE OUTSTANDING LOAN ON THAT IS $10.9 MILLION. THERE’S A BALANCE IN THE FUND OF ABOUT 1.7. AND THEN THERE’S 1.9 THAT’S HELD IN RESERVE. ALL OF THOSE FUND ARE HELD AT METRO. SO WE REMIT THESE FEES MONTHLY TO METRO. BOB LACKEY, AND HIS GROUP MAINTAIN THOSE FUND, AND THESE ARE METRO’S BALANCES ON THEIR ACCOUNT, NOT ON OUR BOOKS.>>THIS IS JUST A RECAP OF THE TICKET TAX THAT HAS BEEN PAID TO DATE. AND YOU CAN SEE THAT IN TOTAL, WE’VE PUT IN ABOUT $16.6 MILLION FROM THE USER FEE SINCE INCEPTION.>>AND THEN THIS IS THE USER FEE RECAP. THIS IS WHERE WE ARE ON WHAT THE TITANS HAD PUT IN FOR THE 2016 SEASON. JUST AS A REMINDER, WE DO TEN INSTALLMENTS OF $162,000 THAT WE PAY INTO METRO EACH MONTH, AND THEN AS THE GAMES ARE ACTUALLY PLAYED IN THE MONTH, WE TRUE THAT USER FEE UP TO THE ACTUAL BOX OFFICE STATEMENTS. SO WHEN WE ACTUALLY ISSUE HOW MANY TICKETS WERE ACTUALLY SOLD AND HOW MANY TICKETS WERE COMPED, AND WE TRUE THAT UP AS THE GAMES ARE PLAYED. AND THEN WE HAVE THE CAPITAL FUND. BEFORE I MOVED TO THE CAPITAL FUND, DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON THE USER FEE? THE CAPITAL FUND, SO THE CAPITAL FUND, NOT MUCH CHANGED SINCE OUR LAST MEETING IT IS SITTING AT ABOUT $1.1 MILLION. WE HAVE PREPARED OUR REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST, AND HAVE SENT ALL OF THOSE DOCUMENTS OVER TO MONICA AND TO MARGARET, AND TO BOB LACKEY FOR THEIR REVIEW. WE HAVE A MEETING SCHEDULED IN EARLY JANUARY WHERE WE WILL SIT DOWN AND REVIEW EACH REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST, AND GO THROUGH LITERALLY LINE BY LINE, AND INVOICE BY INVOICE, AND ONCE IT GOES THROUGH THAT PROCESS, THEN IT WILL COME BEFORE THE FINANCE COMMITTEE, WE WILL HAVE A MEETING ON THAT, AND THEN IT WILL COME BEFORE THE FULL BOARD FOR VOTE TO BE REIMBURSED.>>WILL THAT GET SCHEDULED THROUGH OUR LIAISON >>HOPEFULLY SHE WILL PARTICIPATE.>>I THINK THAT MONICA’S OFFICE IS COORDINATING THAT MEETING. OKAY, PERFECT.>>AND THIS IS JUST THE CAPITAL FUND SINCE INCEPTION, SEE YOU CAN KIND OF TRACK THE ROLL-INS AND THE OUTS ON THAT FUND AS WELL. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY QUESTION O THAT? IF NOT, I’LL MOVE TO WHERE WE ARE ON OUR CURRENT RECEIVABLE. OUR CURRENT RECEIVABLE IS ABOUT 4.9. THIS IS GROWS. SO THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST. REQUEST COMES TO THE BOARD, AND IT’S APPROVED, THEN THIS AMOUNT WILL BE REDUCED BY WHAT’S REIMBURSED TO US. SO THAT WILL DECREASE IN THE NEXT FIRST QUARTER OF 217 BY ABOUT A MILLION DOLLARS.>>A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS >>DO YOU MIND, ON THIS REPORT, TELLING US WHAT IT WAS IN THE PREVIOUS REPORT SO THAT WE CAN SEE.>>SURE WE CAN TOTALLY DO THAT.>>I’M SURE HE KNOW. WHAT WAS IT THE LAST TIME.>>I DON’T ACTUALLY KNOW, OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD, I THINK IT WAS ONLY ABOUT $30,000 LETTER, 30 OR FOR THE THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS. DURING THE SEASON, WE, BECAUSE OF THE SEASON IS SO TIGHT, AND WE’RE SO BUSY, WE DON’T ACTUALLY GET TO DO A LOT MANUFACTURE PROVEMENT WORK, BECAUSE WE’VE GOT SO MANY THINGS BOOKED OVER THERE. AND SO THE RECEIVABLE GENERALLY DOESN’T GROW MUCH FROM THAT SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER TIME FRAME. . IT WAS 4.92. SEE IT GREW ABOUT $30,000. AND THE TWO ITEMS THAT DRAW, THE DIFFERENCE IS WE HAD AN INVOICE RELATED TO THE LIGHT BREAKER, THE PAINT PROJECT COMPLETED. SO WE PAID THAT FINAL INVOICE, AND THAT PROJECT ON YOUR COMMUNICATION TOOL GOT MANUFACTURED TO THE COMPLETED LIST. SEE IT WENT OFF OF THE CURRENT LIST TO THE COMPLETED LIST. AND THEN WE HAD ONE ADDITIONAL INVOICE THAT BECAUSE NATON THE AND IT WAS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE ARTIFICIAL TURF OUTSIDE OF THE HOME, AND THE VISITING TEAM TUNNELS. AND THAT WAS ABOUT 16, OF THE TEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. AND REALLY, THAT’S THE UPDATE ON THE COMMUNICATION TOOL AS WELL. I MEAN THERE JUST WASN’T ANY REALLY CHANGE FROM LAST MONTH TO THIS MONTH.>>AND SO WITH THAT, DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON ANY OF THE FINANCES?>>OKAY, GREAT. WELL, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, AND I WISH EVERYBODY HAPPY HOLIDAYS. THANK YOU, JANINE.>>I’LL TURN IT OVER TO YOU.>>FIRST TENNESSEE PARK REPORT.>>GOOD MORNING EVERYONE, I APOLOGIZE MY VOICE. I’M DOUG WITH THE NASHVILLE SOUNDS. WELCOME TO OUR FESTIVE LOUNGE FOR THIS MEETING. THE ONE THING THAT I INCLUDED IN THE PACKET FOR YOU GUYS TODAY IS A PACKET OF OUR COMMUNITY RELATIONS REPORT FOR 2016, THROUGH MID NOVEMBER. WE HAVE TO SUBMIT THAT TO THE MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL OFFICE. THEY TRY TO KEEP TRACK OF THE TEAMS. MOST OF WHAT’S IN THERE ARE TEAMS I’VE COVERED IN MY MONTHLY UPDATES. YOU’VE SEEN VIDEOS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, DIFFERENT SLIDE SHOWS. THAT KIND OF RECAPS WHAT WE HAVE IN THE COMMUNITY, AND PROGRAMS THAT WE’VE STARTED THIS YEAR, OR HAVE HAD FOREVER, AND JUST TRY TO CONTINUE TO EXPAND ON THAT IN OUR IMPACT IN OUR COMMUNITY AROUND US. ON THE NOTE OF THE COMMUNITY IMPACT, AT THE BASEBALL WINTER MEETING, WHICH ADAM NOOSE OWHO S HERE WITH US, AND OUR STAFF THAT’S TENDED IN WASHINGTON DC LAST WEEK. THERE ARE 19 MINOR LEAGUES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. THE SOUND ARE IN THE PACIFIC COAST LEAGUE. BY A LARGE GAP, OUR LEAGUE AND THE MEMBER CLUBS WHICH ARE 16 OF US, FAR AND AWAY HAVE MORE COMMUNITY IMPACT THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY THAN THE OTHER LEAGUES. SO THAT IS SOMETHING THAT WE ALL AS A GROUP TAKE MUCH PRIDE IN, AND THAT’S GOOD TO HEAR WHEN YOUR THAT’S SETTINGS WITH YOUR COLLEAGUES THAT YOU SEE 2 OR 3 TIMES A YEAR TO GET THAT RECOGNITION. THAT JUST GIVES US MORE INCENTIVE TO KEEP DOING THOSE TYPES OF THINGS AND KEEP MOVING FORWARD >>IN THE WINTER MEETING, MOST OF YOU, THE GENERAL PUBLIC THINK THAT THE WINTER MEETING IS I SEE ON ESPN, WITH FREE AGENTS SIGNING. AND THAT’S VERY TRUE ON THE MAJOR LEAD SIDE ON THE MINOR LEAGUE SIDE, A QUICK RECAP OF WHAT WE DO. IT IS A CHANCE FOR US TO SHARE IDEAS, AND HAVE MEETINGS ON TRAVEL, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS AND SALES TECHNIQUES, AND MERCHANDISING. IT’S A LOT OF PLANNING, AND PUTTING TOGETHER ALL OF THE EXCITEMENT THAT COMBS’ ROUND IN APRIL WHEN OUR SEASON STARTS, AND SO THIS MONTH, THOSE OF US THAT WENT HAD A LOT OF GREAT IDEA AND FEEDBACK, AND WE BRING THAT BACK TO OUR STAFF AND TRY TO ENGAGE EVERYONE HERE, AND MOVE THINGS FORWARD ON THAT.>>OTHER THAN THAT, FROM A SOUND PERSPECTIVE. JUST REALLY BEEN INVOLVED IN A LOT OF THINGS IN THE COMMUNITY. OBVIOUSLY WITH THE HOLIDAY, THERE’S FOOD DRIVES. THERE’S DIFFERENT CHRISTMAS RELATED PAR AIDS, AND CEREMONIES, AND GETTING OUR MASCOT BOOSTER OUT, AND OUR STAFF OUT. OUR COMMUNITY RELATIONS STAFF IS OVER IN BUENA VISTA ELEMENTARY, THEY HAVE A BIG DRIVE THAT THEY DO ANNUALLY, AND THEY’RE OVER THERE PARTICIPATING IN THAT, WHICH WE ENJOY THAT RELATIONSHIP, AND LOOK FOR MORE WAYS TO CONTINUE THAT. SO THAT’S MY REPORT FOR THIS MONTH. ANYBODY HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?>>QUESTIONS FOR DOUG?>>I JUST WANT IT SAY THAT IT LOOKS SO GREAT, AND IT’S SO FESTIVE, AND I’M FLOOD WE HAD OUR MEETING HERE TODAY. YOU DO TELL US ABOUT WHAT YOU DO IN THE COMMUNITY. BUT JUST TO LOOK AT IT IN THIS REPORT, AND IN JUST A SHORT TIME THAT YOU’VE BEEN HERE, AND YOU JUST STARTED IMMEDIATELY WORKING IN THE COMMUNITY. YOU CERTAINLY DIDN’T WORK UP TO IT, YOU JUST DID RIGHT OFF THE BAT, AND WE VERY MUCH APPRECIATE IT.>>THANK YOU, IT IS SOMETHING THAT ADAM TAKES PRIDE IN IN ENGAGING AS STAFF TO INCREASE THAT. AND I WOULD LOVE TO HONOR OUR COMMUNITY RELEAGUES FOLKS.>>IMPRESSIVE.>>I WISH EVERYBODY HAPPY HOLIDAY, HAPPY NEW YEAR. THANKS.>>THAT CONCLUDES OUR REPORTS FROM OUR PARTNERS. OUR NEXT MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 19TH, AND I BELIEVE THAT THERE’S A SHEET OF PAPER ON TOP LACKING AHEAD FOR MEETING DATES. I KNOW THAT WE TRIED THIS WITHOUT A CALENDAR, REMINDERS, WE ENJOY MOVING AROUND THE DIFFERENT FACILITIES. SO NEXT UP IS BRIDGESTONE ARENA ON THE 19TH, 2017, WHICH IS HARD TO BELIEVE. PUT THOSE DATES IN YOUR SCHEDULE, IF YOU HAVEN’T YET, THESE DO. IT HAS BEEN A SUCCESSFUL YEAR FOR THIS WORK OF THE SPORTS AUTHORITY WE ARE EXCITED TO WORK, AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO 2017, AND IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE TO SERVE WITH EVERYONE THIS YEAR. ARE THERE ANY OTHER COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD? IF NOT, I’LL MOVE TO ADJOURN.>>SO MOVED >>THANKS EVERYONE, HAPPY HOLIDAYS. FLUSH
